I am writing to solicit your support for a survey in the field related to educational offerings within our Network. Teaching hospitals are complex organizations in which there are diverse learning needs. Our Network is undertaking a large-scale Organizational Learning Scan (OLS) initiative to identify how we can better support staff and physicians in their pursuit of ongoing education. A better-educated staff translates to better, higher quality patient outcomes.
