These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and online services operated by the Department of Medicine at St. Michael's Hospital (Unity Health Toronto) ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Ontario, Canada. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the site. Some features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Governing law

Changes

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
